Kayla Schlenz

Assistant Director of Residential Life

Kayla (she/her/hers) received both her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. She has worked at Colorado State University, St. Lawrence University, and comes to WSU directly from Hampshire College. Kayla has substantial experience in conflict mediation, restorative justice practices, and training & development - all skills she is thrilled to bring to Westfield State. Kayla will oversee all educational, programmatic, recruitment & training initiatives in Residential Life. In her free time, Kalya enjoys gardening, board games and ttrpgs, reading, going on adventures, and snuggling with her three adorable cats.
